Getting started

1. Create your workspace and invite the staff who list parts.
2. Connect your eBay seller account so existing listings are imported.
3. Add the vehicle you are stripping, with its purchase cost.
4. Photograph parts as you pull them and approve the prepared listings.

Common questions

How do I list a used car part with MV1?

Choose the vehicle you are stripping or select standalone part, photograph the item, and MV1 prepares the listing. You check the details and approve it. Nothing is published to eBay until you approve.

How do I connect my eBay seller account?

Sign in, open eBay Settings and connect your account. MV1 then imports every active listing you already have, so your existing stock appears alongside anything you create.

Will my existing eBay listings be duplicated?

No. Listings are matched by eBay item ID and then by SKU, so an existing listing is linked to your inventory rather than recreated.

Can I add parts without using AI or eBay?

Yes. Add part manually saves an unlisted stock record with its own price, quantity and location. No AI analysis runs and no eBay request is made until you choose to create a listing.

How do warehouse locations work?

Each part is given a zone and bay, which is shown on the approval screen and again on sold items in Sales and Invoices so staff can pick the part quickly. Internal locations never appear on customer invoices.

How does vehicle cost recovery work?

Record what a vehicle cost you and MV1 counts parts revenue against it, after eBay fees, advertising, postage and refunds, so you can see which vehicles are in profit.

Which sales channels are recorded?

eBay sales are imported automatically, and cash or bank transfer sales can be recorded by hand. All of them appear in the sales report with Excel and PDF export.
