Privacy Policy
This summary explains what MV1 stores and why. It applies to the MV1 listing application for automotive parts businesses.
What we store
Your account details, workspace and team members, donor vehicles, part photographs, generated and approved listings, inventory, sales, invoices and billing history.
Part photographs
Photographs you upload are stored in private storage for your workspace and are used to prepare your listings. They are not public and are not shared with other businesses.
eBay connection
MV1 connects to your own eBay seller account using secure authorisation tokens. MV1 never receives or stores your eBay password.
Payments
Subscriptions and listing credits are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered with Stripe and are never stored by MV1.
Retention
Inventory, sales and invoice history is retained for your records, including after a subscription is cancelled. You can ask us to delete your account data.
