Terms and Conditions
These terms cover use of the MV1 listing application by automotive parts businesses.
The service
MV1 prepares draft listings from the photographs and vehicle information you provide. Automated identification is an aid, not a guarantee: you review and approve every listing before it is published.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of published listings, the parts you sell, your eBay account rules, VAT and any statutory obligations of your business.
Subscriptions
The monthly plan renews automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for. Inventory and history remain available in read-only mode afterwards.
Listing credits
One credit is charged when a brand-new listing is approved. Failed generation, cancelled drafts, failed publication, edits and republishing of the same item do not consume another credit. Credits are not refundable once used.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Failed payments may pause the ability to approve new listings until payment details are updated.
eBay
MV1 publishes to your own eBay seller account with your authorisation. MV1 is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay Inc.
